Delicious Puerto Rican

So this place in Schertz, Lechonera la Borinqueña, has the absolute BEST Puerto Rican food I have ever had, outside of my family's of course. They are only open Saturday and Sunday. Recently I've found myself craving a plate from them. The last time I ate there I was coming back up north from visiting a friend for a few hours in San Antonio. I definitely need to stop by there again. Who would join me for a delicious lunch, or at least give me an excuse to drive that way
