Heading to Cozumel on a cruise, any options?

Heading out in a couple weeks to Cozumel, anyone have any experience with a massage parlor there? Would love any suggestions.

Man, my friend who has Mexican heritage says don’t get away from the resort atmosphere.

Oh no, not trying to get too far from the port at all. Cozumel isn't so bad, this wouldn't even be a consideration on the mainland.

Just checking if anyone here had any ideas is all.
