I’ve been a member for about a year maybe. Now every time I try to read a review it says I do not have permission. Is this just a glitch or are reading reviews now an upgrade?

Due to the Changes made to bring the Site back, the old reviews are not available.
As new "Encounter Reports" are posted, you should be able to access them.
Access to the "Rest of The Story" portion of those "Reports" has always required you to have Premium Access.
Premium Access can be purchased or should you feel so inclined granted when an "Encounter Report" has been submitted/posted and Approved.
