Judge Slaps Obama - Again - On NDAA

Well, the old trick of saying "We construe the ruling to say that the injunction against enforcement of NDAA applies only to the named plaintiffs" has not worked. The judge who ordered the injunction has clarified her ruling to make it clear that the government cannot use the NDAA against anyone.
