I need to do a comparison, and determine if two photos, with a female-slight differences, are the same girl. And if i cant get a positive, or negative then i need some odds, and other numbers in some fashion!
i dont know what i am asking for exactly, but i want to prove that pic 1 is the same female as pic 2. and i thought there was handy software to do so, is there?
Someone, anyone, help a sister out please?

do you have both photos local to your computer?
If so, try DeDuper for windows.

most of the DeDuper pgms were for removing duplicates in Microsoft Office Outlook.

The new version of Googles's Picasa has facial recognition, so it will recognize the face of someone in different photos that have different expressions, clothes, what not. Also Fotobounce and Magix photo Manager do the same, along with some other features.
