An alert is justified anytime a member, during a typical hobbyist/provider encounter, finds themselves in a situation or facing circumstances which are not typical of a normal hobbyist/provider experience and could not be considered a "normal, accepted risk" to those who participate in the hobby
"A pimp/hobbiest/provider came out of the closet, busted me in the nose, and took off with my phone and/or wallet"
That IS alert-worthy.
This punk just stole my phone. How do I track it?
Is NOT alert Worthy

What do I do?

Unless you can tell us if this was an ECCIE member who took your phone in a session, his handle, and if he's using your phone to out you or other board members, this is not an alert.
Reading your statement "any punk" could mean to the rest of us some punk in a grocery store or on a bus took your phone. "abusive" could mean he called you a "bitch" or any other word and/or physically harmed you as he stole your phone. There is nothing in this alert constitute a hazard or danger to anyone in the community. If it is a trac/hobby phone, buy another.

Anyone can find your number on this site.
You need to give us something to go on and justify this as a true alert. If not, it will be removed.
