Giving Private Responses to "Other" Threads

Hello Mods,

I'm trying to send a private reply (to those who have BCD/PA even though I don't have it myself) in an "other review" thread. I've been told to look for a "private" button, but can't seem to find it.

Ideas or direction?

Your non PA status my not allow you to post those...because you can't read them.
