I recently received invite to an establishment that also runs an underground/UTR nude strip club in Dallas. The doors are “locked” during “operating hours” and anything goes for those in attendance.
The general public and I assume LE does not know about this underground nudie bar as all dancers and customers are “screened” before being allowed membership.
My question, God forbid, is what happens to those in attendance if this underground nude club is raided? This establishment doesn’t have a SOB license. Would everyone be arrested and carried off to the DPD mobile home? If LE did storm in, what type of charges would the customers possibly be charged with? Any sex related charges if they were "caught in the act"?

I've actually had cases somewhat like the fact situation you describe where persons of like mind would come together and form a 'club' and the 'clubmembers' would meet to dress in outlandish, barely-there costumes, drink, consume illicit substances, dance, shoot pool, and engage in various sex acts with each other, some out in the open and others in more private areas of the 'clubhouse.' Some 'clubs' were better than others at keeping a low profile, but obviously they all had problems with LE because they came to me.
I know this may sound strange, but in such situations LE seems to be more concerned with the unlicensed sale of liquor than anything else, including sex (as long as the sex is between consenting adults). Most of the 'clubs' I helped funded their parties by selling drinks one by one, or by charging a flat rate for unlimited drinking. Local LE would get a tip, usually from a disgruntled neighbor of the 'clubhouse.' LE would call the TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission -- the state agency that licenses the sale of alcoholic beverages), and LE and the TABC would raid a party and arrest the 'club' members for various offenses, such as public intoxication, possession or use of illicit substances, public indecency, etc. But the emphasis was always shutting down the 'club' by charging the head or heads of the club with a violation of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code.
Of course, not all such cases are handled in the way I've described. I seem to recall LE in Duncanville (Texas) used their SOB and parking ordinances to try to shut down The Cherry Pit.
