Hi guys I need to let everyone know I am not able to see anyone from the 1st -9th My daughter is coming to see me then.I hope that I dont miss anything. Also I wanted to tell you at this time the Dr. said I was just fine and healed so I am not getting surgery, so I am going so get back to working out as usual.I hope to see you all soon .
