My friend can't access his account

Dear admin or moderator, my friend has not been able to access his account today. He requested a temporary password and a email was sent saying they would email him one but was not. I know it's currently spring break but if you could find the time to help him he would be grateful.Ill put his account info below.

Did he check his spam folder to see, if that message went there?
I checked his account, and it is not frozen.

I would have put admin request in, and that can take 2 to 5 days to process. Let me know.

He has check both imbox and spam.

We know his account is not frozen. He tried to login to his account today but it said his password was expired and he needed a new one. He forgot his password so he requested a new one but nothing has been sent.

Have you put in a admin request yet. Please and thank you
