can you keep the top 2 photos in my welcome wagon and delete the
rest that have tattoos blatantly showing.

You do realize your face is more easily recognizable?
If you go to left of page at the top where it says UserCP, click on it, go to the bottom left where it says attachments, click, then delete the ones from the bottom up, leave the 2 you want left.
