I'm trying to pass the screening process for a particular provider who asks that prospective hobbyists send her an email from Eccie as she does not use PMs.
I don't see an option to do so from her eccie page, and when she sent me a direct link I received the following error message.

BTim, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Log Out Home"
I've sent an email to a mod who has kindly offered to look into this, but I'm hoping someone else may have gone through this before and could tell me how to fix it.
