I have received 3 PMS and a comment on my review asking for rates. That is between two people BCD. If you want to know your personal rate with them, I suggest being a gentleman, get screened, then ask them for yourself. With the new Eccie guidelines and posting rules, I will never include them for review, nor answer PMs or respond to public comments. Please ask the providers for their rate. Rates are always subject to change.
