the whole idea behind the swamp program is to get you to buy a new car. They will make a profit selling your used car, and selling you a new car. Its a good deal if you don;t mind being in debt for a longer period.

They ALWAYS make a profit.

With you HF. I like Ford cars but I HATE the customer service. Red McCombs was my first and worst experience. Years later it was all brought back to life when I got another Ford. Nothing changed.

I think the one off San Pedro would be best bet for Ford service.

Otherwise, I am open to ANYONE that could work on mine. Kinda of a one off model, PM me.

Pay NO attention to Cover. Just more hate being spewed. Give Bluebonnet Ford in New Braunfels a try. Ask for Alejo. He is reaaly cool and they will make you a great deal without the sales pitch and pressure.

MOO. The best cars i had were buicks. Never had issues with them. Dodge. I have had both trucks and cars with one truck that gave me a throttle body issue and it didnt happen until 125k. I have had several fords and chevy/gmcs and they have had the usual problems. Now i have had a toyota and a couple of foreign vechicles and i only would buy a toyota in the future if the price is right.the others i had were a headache. I have a business and a job and i am issued a ford. Now a ford is pretty but at work sites they are the majority that you see broken down. except the f250 that seems to hold its own. Another thing when i had motor issues and taken in to the shop, the dodge, chevy/gmc and ford are know by mechanics to breakdown for the same reasons on make and models, lol which i thought was funny. So the change out plan i think is good especially in a ford model not a f250. And service and sales i believe is crappy and good depending on the day. I dress like a metal concert goer so i dont get the time of day until the credit score and app is run then the butt kissing and smiles become abundant but by that time i have already have drawn a line in the sand. So good luck and i hope i helped.

OK it's time for a woman to chime in. I hope that's allowed. I live Ford trucks. My SO had a Ford ranger forever until after 200,000 miles it finally chugged its last mile. She was able to sell it for a grand to soneobe who kept it running another 50,000 miles. She bought another Ford truck and has had it for over 10 years. I drove Ford escorts and when they went off the market I began driving Focuses. If still be drive g one if I didn't end up totalling every car I drive!!

North side Ford near I10 and Callaghan is excellent.

Guess i'm in the minority also.
First Ford was a Mustang. After the fifth transmission I let it go to the junkyard with 200k on it. But I sure as hell learned alot of trick driving blowing out all those C4 trannies.

Had one give its live for me.

Than the Mustang I sent to Pick-n-Pull with 460k on it still running. I abused the crap out of that car (delivery vehicle) but also made sure to take care of it.

2 of 3 above where Pinto engine. Bulletproof bottom end.

Randy, that is Red McComb on I10/Callaghan. Place that totally disgusted me with its abysmal service.
