Should ShysterJon's thread be a sticky?

This is an extremely useful analysis of why providers and clients should limit their communications to setting up times to meet. I don't know the best place to put it, but the new ladies in W&I could use that advice.

One idea would be for NYr to amend his sticky in that forum to add a paragraph and link to the thread. That way you're not having to add a new sticky to the top of a crowded front page.

I bust on Jon a lot but that is a great thread. Instead of amending Nyr's tread probably better to just ban him.
