Chat with IPad

Is it possible to utilize the chat function with an IPad?

Doubt it. It loads some sort of plug in and we all know Apple doesn't allow that.

Chat is a flash app - iPad doesn't support chat.

Apple "allows" lots of different kinds of "plug-ins." Flash is not supported on the iPhone or iPad, but it is on Macs in general. i.e. Chat here works on Macs.
