First time in Iowa..Suggested Locations

Hey Gents and Ladies I am coming to your fine state in the middle of January and I have been requested so far in QC, CR, Des Moines, Davenport, and that may be all but I don't remember...LOL Can someone pm me some nice hotels, not notels or motels or no Best Westerns to stay at? Also what is the easiest place to fly into and then drive my rental to as far as locations.
