Last time I was in Montreal, the local papers were filled with ads. So there probably is little need for an ECCIE just look at the classifieds inthe regular papers or the back of the free entertainment rags.

That would seem more of a reason for review board. It's not finding the girls that's rough it's finding about them... reviews are great but sometimes just knowing if pics are real if neighborhood is ok if it's a setup that's where the boards become important
