reinstate premium access please?

I submitted a review this morning and usually it never takes this long to be granted premium access...just curious if it could be done?

The staff is here in a voluntary basis and may not always be on time however we try to get to things within 24-48hrs (although we aim for sooner). We appreciate your patience and will review is as soon as we can.
