I would love to know this too. Mexican and Chinese are my favorite but also if available some healthy places.

Mexican: Pepe's or Los Balitos. Both have killer breakfast tacos.

Not aware of any decent Chinese places nearby, but if you like Korean BBQ, check out Gogi Street. Their spicy wings are really good and I believe they have vegetarian options.

An absolute must for anyone visiting San Antonio who likes Mexican is Teka Molino for beef puffy tacos. On Rittiman. The other one might be closer, but it is more sketchy.
