How long can a provider, member be inactive before they are removed from the site

Ain't nobody got time for dat.

They would have to make a specific request to be removed. Nobody is going around making sure members are active.

Not sure it matters. People go inactive for many reasons, and there is no reason to put a time limit on things like that.

I would say inactive means they dont want to be contacted at this time. P411 prividers can go inactive for as long as they want im assuming, if they were verified.

Not quite. If no login for 90 days then your VP status is suspended and reverts to a standard member. The account itself remains active unless there is a request to disable it.
