Member profile help?

How can I add a pic to my member profile like all you guys have done? There doesn't seem to be an option for this on my membership profile edit page.

This and many other personal options are available in your User CP located on the far hand left side of the page near the top.

Avatars, Signature lines, email and password changes and much more. Please check it out.

Here are some shortcuts:
