But on a serious note, I hope they come down hard not only on the 'people' who leave fake reviews for internet points, but also any companies that are allowing them through.
No, I don't think the government should have to police people's reviews. I think the company that is aggregating them for customers should be doing that. But if they aren't, then it should be the government's responsibility to protect its citizens' money from scams by bringing the hammer down.
