Most people on threads have a picture below their username, I've tried looking on my profile but I don't see an option to upload a picture. Can someone please tell me?

Uploading Avatars...
The maximum size of the image you wish to use as your avatar is 150 by 150 pixels or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller).
- Go to User CP in the Main Menu on the left of this page.
- Go to Edit Avatar on the left.
- You may choose one of the avatars already there or upload your own at the bottom of the page.
