I don't know if they accept credit cards (I really doubt you can use a card for the girls, but might be able to for the entrance fee), but if you are not familiar with Germany I would plan on having cash for almost everything. This is something that caught me a little flat-footed the first time I was there; don't expect to be able to use your cards most places (except more expensive restaurants and shops). The best way to do this is a credit card or ATM card at the German ATMs; don't use the money changing services at airports and don't go to a bank counter unless you are willing to pay extra fees. The local ATMs have no fees; your bank will probably charge around 1% (vs. 2 or 3% at a bank counter) and a flat $5/withdrawal (vs. $10 at a bank counter).

Lived in Germany for several years...where my interest in Hobbying was born. CFS was the standard. I never did, or even asked about, BBFS.

Pros: it's all out in the open. Most of the facilities are safe and there is no need to fear LE. It's also VERY inexpensive. CBJ and CFS was about $50, even less in Belgium and Amsterdam...go if you can. Selection was awesome. In the brothels, you could literally find whatever you want. If you want a one-armed Spanish hottie, she's there. If you want a 6' tall African AND a 4' tall Italian, they're there...you just have to look for them. Lots of beautiful women from all nationalities. I earned my United Nations ribbons there (every nationality I could think of).

Cons: it's nowhere near as passionate as the providers here. Very mechanical and OBVIOUSLY high volume. The girls are with several dozen men every day. BBBJ and DATY are not going to happen, no interest in it there anyway for obvious reasons. In the brothels, it is very uncommon to have a shower...you're walking around downtown, walking up stairs, etc. and so was the guy before you.

Not all brothels or FKKs are created equal. Some are better than others, some worse, but the experience is great. The beer alone is worth the trip. Go and have fun!

Always carry cash. Don't expect to have access to ATMs and never trust anyone to quote you a good exchange rate. Take care of that yourself.

Say What is somewhat correct, but there is more to it. There are different kinds of brothels. The eros centers (aka laufhaus) are walk through establishments where girls have their own little rooms. This is essentially window style prostitution with limited to no (but there are exceptions) BBBJ, DATY, and general "passion." There are some, but fewer than you might expect, brothels with a line up and so on. Services, showers, and hygiene are improved. At FKKs in the Frankfurt and NW region you get a nudist health club environment. Showers are the norm upon arrival and after each session. DATY, DFK, and BBBJ are standard (but not universal) with most girls. The *apparent* passion level is generally good to off the charts.
