Number of Showcase not equal to (Number)

I have asked this question before, without an answer, but here goes again.

When searching for Showcases of Providers in Arkansas, I see the number 45 in parenthesis yet there are only 38 Showcases visible...Where are the other Showcases?

I see the number in parenthesis change and I see the number of Showcases change from time to time, but they are NEVER equal...Why?

The showcases that you cannot see are probably disabled. That could be for a number of reasons. Disabled accounts, violation of the Forum Guidelines, etc.
