WTF is this? A new annoying pop-up??

Is anyone else getting this pop up tonight? I close it but it keeps coming back. Fucking concerns me cuz it's shit like this that creates gateways for hacking.

Plz respond. Just need to know if I need to be more worried.

It's aggravating! Pops up four times after I select a new tab and only on this website. I thought the Ashley Madison ad was a pain in the ass.

Here's the long explanation on how you get pop ups of this type. Each ad on this site could have its origin from a different site. Each site requires a secure certificate which is purchased from a known quantity like Norton. The company who sells the secure certificate is supposed to vet the person who is buying to verify identity. Each certificate also carries an expiration date. Your browser on your phone has your security setting to check all certificates for identity and expiration. If a problem is identified it is bringing it to your attention so you can make an informed choice. In this case, what is most likely happening is the ad provider is generating its own certificate. Your browser does not know if it can trust the origin of the certificate.

It is like a condom there for your protection. I would rather see the error then I can not go to that website or tab or etc.
