cant go to p411 on my computer,says connection was changed,on phone a new page comes up.ive never saw before,cant see where to login....any ideas ?

On your phone, look about halfway down the screen on the left side, you will see a tab "client options" click there, new page comes up, click "client log-in" tab, you will see your ID listed, down at the bottom, you can enter your password, after that, the site will appear the same. dj8
