The artist responsible for the awesome cover-up tattoo that circles my neck will be visiting me in the coming week and he's hoping to expand his female client base while he's here. He's awesome, has a light touch and very easy to work with. TALENTED, too. He's easily worth 2-3 times what I pay him, but he says to offer you all the great rate, so that's what I'm doing...
