Woman at Corner of Utah and Central?

Does anyone have any information on the woman who used to stand at Utah and Central & sometimes Vermont and Central? I think around 11, maybe noon. She had a gorgeous figure and for some reason would not walk to cars making you more or less park at the corner to talk to her. I would like to have an encounter but can't locate her.
