Can you folks recommend a few good restaurants?

I'm going to be in town for a few days this week for work. I haven't been to LV in about 15 years or so. I may have to take a couple of important people to dinner while I'm there, definitely taking one of them to lunch at least. Work will be picking up the tab for both so while I'm willing to go crazy I don't want to go through the hassle of having to fill out a report of why I spent over $300 on a meal. lol So I'm looking for a couple of nice, classy places to take these folks that won't require a bunch of shitty paperwork. I'm pretty sure I can get away with $300 without having to explain myself.

A few suggestions depending on your taste of food Prime Steakhouse-Bellagio
Kabuki Sushi-Town Square S.Las Vegas Blvd there is also Nobu at the Hardrock Hotel
Ping Pang Pong one of the best Chinese restaurants out here unfortunately the hotel it is located in Gold Coast Hotel/Casino is older hotel and need to be renovated but the chinese restaurant is great food and affordable.
Brio at the Venetian or Palazzo can't remember which one is an Italian Restaurant
Jean Georges steakhouse at the Aria
Also I like Vick & Anthony's steakhouse downtown in the Golden Nugget.
Just to name a few places.lol
Enjoy and have fun!
Thanks for the recommendations. Out of curiosity is Ping Pang Pong a true restaurant? I can't stand Chinese buffets for various reasons I won't bore you with.
