Howdy Everyone

Good afternoon, this is your friendly neighborhood Man Ho, or BBT as I'm also affectionately known just dropping in to say hello. I definitely haven't been as busy on this level as I would like, but with two kids in college, it gets a little rough sometimes. But I hope that all is well with everyone.
