its taken the decades of time to process and understand the political elements and aggrandizements underlying the Nixon impeachment but....
the seriousness and gravity felt by the nation during the Nixon impeachment is now juxtaposed with the feeling of the farce of this impeachment "inquiry",
so jokes and skits are appropriate
