i can remember my passcode

i can't remember my passcode and i didn't know i could get another handle can u please help me i tried the forget pass code but it's not workin sometimes it will work but when i go to change the tmp. code i can't... my handle is thesexyraven...i would love to be able to get in to that one again cuz of my great reviews... please help... i'm new here...
