Favorites/Bookmarks?

Is there a way to save showcases/profiles to my account? It would be nice to not have to search and search again for a gem I ran across haha. Sorry if there is and I just missed it! Thanks!

I doubt that you will be able to save showcases/profiles to your account since those showcases/profiles belong to providers. However, you can probably add her to your Contact list for quick reference in the future. Click on her profile, click on the drop down menu called User Lists below her name and select Add to Contacts.
