Can providers see ROS content?

Just wondering. Can't seem to find the answer.

Technically, no. Not while signed in under their provider screen name.

But we are aware that some gents do share info they should not and occasionally a lady gets a male handle and buys PA. We do our best to stop that but it is extremely difficult.
