My RedBook Shut Down

This is not a local alert but thought some of you might be interested in this news:

My Redbook a west coast "escort" board got raided by FBI and the site is down.

Wasn't sure if this "alert" belongs here or another section. Mods, please move to the right section if needed.

That's pretty scary ... It was the biggest and most popular escort board in Northern California. Wish LE would focus on crimes that actually hurt people.

Sheesh...as if there aren't enough real problems in California for LE to worry about.

I suppose the website must be endangering some delta smelt or some other "endangered" species.


Perhaps it was contributing to global warming, oh now it is called climate change, wait they changed it again, Climate disruption.

They must've been offended by the fact that the hugging referenced in the reviews didn't include trees.

Moved to proper forum. The alert section is for issues which could endanger the safety of a member or members of our community. Please reserve this space for legitimate alerts, and not general FYI material and speculation. If there is no proof or evidence of harm done to members or issues that legitimately may harm members it's not an alert.

General concerns can be placed in the co-ed section.
