How do i obtain verified provider status?

In new here and I've already has my chance in the welcome forum for a week now I'm a tad bit confused on how to obtain VP status. Thanks.

I, and a few others I'm sure, may be a wee bit confused, too. You've been a member for over a year, have a review from Aug. 2015 linked to a defunct profile, posted ads in the provider areas back in 2015, but you don't know how to get verified provider status now? Are you the same girl? And what "chance" are you referring to in the welcome forum? I don't see anything, and no recent comments under this handle until the current thread, a little mystifying.
