CR...It's been awhile

I'll be visiting your great city once again. Would really appreciate some upscale lunch/dinner suggestions. Small, quaint, quiet, local and I don't mind having to make a reservation. Also a good walking/jogging trail. I try to get in around 2mi a day, so the more scenic the better.
