Is this a new site that I haven't heard of? As far as safety and reliabity goes is it on the same level as BP or in between BP and here?
I've noticed a few guys posting links there as well. I personally use this site and 411. I only look at BP if I want to see eye candy pictures. While there are some very good providers that advertise on BP, there are a lot of scam artists too.
So hopefully someone will shed some more light on the rotci site.
