How to write a review on a mobile device?

I am having trouble writing reviews on my mobile device. I only use this phone for hobbling. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm not sure there's a way to do it fully from the mobile site. I always use the full site myself.

Scroll to the bottom, click "full site", then click New Review and fill in the form.
