Working nude

Would a sexy maid service be legal if the maids don't show nipples or genitals, etc? I have a business idea I would like to discuss. If you have an answer to my question plz feel free to pm me with more info or if you have questions and need more info as it would probably be easier for me to respond.

If your maids wouldn't expose their breasts or genitals, how would your service be a "sexy" maid service different from a typical maid service?

Secondly, it would be an actual maid service and not an undercover escort service so there would be laws the maids have to abide by ya know. A woman can be sexy in lingerie, in a costume, etc she doesn't necessarily have to be butt naked. They can wear pasties, etc. not showing nipples doesn't mean they aren't topless. lol The maids are selling a fantasy WHILE they actually clean up. Why pay for a sexy maid if you are really looking for an escort, why not just pay an escort and save yourself the trouble or confusion.

There are "regular" businesses and there are sexually-oriented businesses (SOBs). SOBs are subject to more regulations than "regular" businesses.

It sounds to me like the differences between a regular maid service and the one you're considering opening are (1) the maids will wear skimpy outfits, and (2) the maids will have their breasts exposed but wear pasties. The outfits shouldn't make your business an SOB, but the exposed breasts with pasties might.

I see nothing in the sketch of a business plan that you've outlined that would make your proposed business illegal per se, but it might be deemed an SOB. In Texas, SOBs are largely regulated by cities, counties, and the state. What city do you plan to open your business in? If you know, you should look at that city's ordinances to determine (1) if a business that has topless female employees wearing pasties is defined as an SOB, and (2) if the business would be an SOB, what you would need to do to be in compliance with the city's ordinances.
Yes I've been looking into the cities ordinances in regards to whether or not it would be deemed an SOB, but because the customers are in a private residence and not operating out of a normal type building things become a bit more complicated. I have yet to read anything pertaining to the legality of a sexy maid service in SA. If the law permits the girls the show a little more then so be it but if the rules are the same as those the strip clubs abide by then they will show what the law permits. I'm considering a few different cities but I'm trying to get a better feel for what the people like.

Would wearing a see-though blouse over the exposed breasts with pasties be sufficient to avoid SOB status? I suppose that will depend on the city and its ordinances.

Sure, maids will work for minimum wage and support themselves by earning tips.

If I may channel the late FANCYLADY: "Clients tip maids for sex, maids making money with illegal business plausible denial for owner. Everybody happy."

The wages the maids make will be MORE than minimum wage. Believe it or not there are actually honest women that can be nude without doing all of the extras. If the client can't handle seeing a half naked girl in his house then this is clearly not the business for him to even explore.
Can I be nude as well? Maybe masturbate or have someone blow me while I watch them work?

That Fancylady was banned is the best news I've heard all day. I quickly got sick of her irrelevant threADS posted on nearly every legal forum thread.

I was hoping someone other than me would read the Houston Code of Ordinances to answer the OP's questions, but it appears I was dreaming. I glanced at the Code and quickly determined that only a bare breast is considered to be a "nude" breast, so pasties or sheer cloth covering the breast would get you out of sections of the ordinances regulating nudity.
