I know you’ve already left town, but in case you come back, some additional ideas are: NOLA Brunch and Beignets, Eastside Kitchenette, Bakery Lorraine at the Pearl, Guenther House, and I second Magnolia Pancake Haus.
Each are delicious, have a nice ambiance, fantastic food...and mimosas, lol. Both Magnolia Pancake Haus locations get crazy busy and pretty noisy - but to me - it is absolutely worth it for the blueberry pancakes.
NOLA is probably my favorite, though...

Just in case anyone else needs the info...
All good suggestions but my favorites are Snooze and IDA Claire! Full bars and super yummy food stuffs. Outdoor dining on nice fall, winter, and spring mornings. Great place to have a Bloody Mary and stroll back home to hang your stockings.
