Hey all I'm Lola! I'm having trouble navigating the site. I am wondering where do I post an ad and how do I change my profile picture, and is there a paid version for a female account?

Welcome! I'm obviously not staff here but I've been here for a bit and might be able to help you out.
As far as ads go, we are actually not allowed to post ads like we used to in the past. The closest to that would be creating what is referred to as a threAD, meaning for example posting a pic in some lingerie and asking "What do you think of my new outfit?" and other things of that nature. To my knowledge we can't list phone numbers, exact dates of availability, donation fees, etc.
You can change your avatar by going to your user control panel. There is not a paid female version, but you can contact one of the moderators about obtaining "verified provider" status as opposed to having an upgraded female account.
I can imagine the staff stays pretty busy so I hope this helps until they can chime in. Also, if you ever have any questions or need a reference, I'm more than happy to help!

One small correction, Eccie no longer uses the "Verified Provder" Account Title.
"Upgraded Female Account" has the same access as the former title had.
