I just wanted to know If providers can bump their own ads, If we did an ad, we liked it and wanted to use it again, verses typing it all over again, could we bump the previous ad we used?

Unfortunately no... You can copy / past it and the formatting and special formatting (Images / email address / links) should copy over...
