I just used the link on ECCIE to log in, no problems.

Your not alone....I haven't been able to access it all day. I get the same message. However, when I tried turning the wi-fi off on my phone, I was able to connect. So, I assume they are still working on it.

I've tried Chrome and Firefox... both still not working...
