Have asked a few providers if they would be up for it and if they worked w a M provider and have been told several times Yes but none can ever come thru. Anyone ever had any luck finding a couple that were both providers? Possibly even a M/F/TS.

I dont think setting up mfm would be hard at all. The female would be the hardest part. I'm sure about half of providers would be ok with it, for a little extra.
