Can anyone offer suggestions for advertising? A forum maybe?
Here are the ones I know:
- P411 (seems lacking, maybe 5 posts at a given time for all isles)
- TER (grouped into "other boards" and "other ads" - not good exposure)
- backpage (also few ads and many look like LE)
- cityvibe (very very few ads)

Waikiki is a tiny market, with a very transient population.
Quite honestly, the vast majority of providers work the street on Kuhio and Kalakua Blvd... which happens to be my old stomping grounds (back in the day!).
The rates are fairly high ($500+ hr), but it's extremely dangerous and if you don't have a well known pimp chances are good you'll get jumped or kidnapped.
So please stay safe out there!

There are a large number of girls who work the street in Waikiki. They are usually looking for the tourist trade since the locals hobbyists generally don't select them.
The local group of hobbyists look to a number of sources for information. ECCIE is not as big here but we do try to make this a nice forum to pass on information and advertise.
