Useless references?

Hello peeps, i have recently been trying to obtain reputable references but was wondering if there is a list of providers I should steer clear from whos references arent worth much to those who seek references. I would hate to drop a whole bonus check on ladies that wont get me past themselves. Any insight from providers or members would be helpful and if you cant post publicly maybe a pm?

Thoroughly reading the ROS (including reading "in between the lines") has helped me the most. I am not aware that there is a list.

Also discussions in the Men's Lounge are helpful.

1 of the main reasons im trying to find someone to review! I dont feel like paying for PA when a few reviews will leave a smile on my face and PA as well
