Grab and Eat hit with consumer alert

I’ve been going there for over 50years. It was Redmans dairy when I was in middle school across the street. Gab n Eat still has the best breakfast in the Burgh in my opinion and their burgers are great too. I’ll still go there.

BTW Owbie, it’s GAB and Eat, not GRAB
... "consumer alerts" surely vary from time to time.

Sesame Inn and Il Pizzaiolo over Mt. Lebanon-way have been hit
with those same alerts in the past - sometimes the complaints
are made by former employees as a form of retaliation.

As Sesame Inn and the Pizza joint are considoured Great Places
by customers. ... No doubt Gab and Eat will continue to be, also.

Just sayin'

No they don't. And you put "consumer alerts" in quotes, suggesting that some of them aren't accurate or warranted.

The health department issues a consumer alert if and when they find something that meets the standard. They don't "vary from time to time".

Well sure they do. That week they were a train wreck and now they have to clean up and do shit right. It's a window in time that was true yesterday and hopefully not true today.

We can't have Bam getting food poisoning from cross-contamination, improper temps and poor hygiene
